Booked
Your call is confirmed. Two files before we meet.
Calendly has emailed you the invitation with the joining link. One thing is left, and it decides what the call is worth.
Send these two files
They carry the whole diagnostic. I read them beforehand, so the call starts with your actual numbers instead of a discovery conversation.
- Twelve months of bank statements
- Your trade licence
They need to reach me at least 24 hours before your slot.
Send them to [email protected]
If they have not arrived by then, we will use the slot as a 15-minute scoping call rather than a review. That is not a penalty — a review without the numbers is a conversation about what we would look at, which is worth less to you than fifteen honest minutes.
The invitation email from Calendly carries the calendar entry and the joining link. If it has not arrived, check spam before rebooking.
Worth reading before we speak
None of it is required. Each one shortens the call.
- Exit Readiness ChecklistWhat a buyer asks for, in the order they ask for it.
- Exit Readiness ScorecardTwenty questions. Tells you where the process would stall today.
- What makes a business sellableMost of it is settled in the two years before anyone is approached.
- Which EBITDA add-backs buyers strikeWhat a quality-of-earnings review tests that your P&L does not show.
- Twelve questions to ask a potential acquirerUseful if a conversation is already live.
Anything sensitive stays between us. If you would rather not send statements before we have spoken, reply to the invitation and say so — we will use the slot to scope instead.
