Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 June 2026
Fiducia Adamantina (“we”, “us”) is a Dubai-based advisory firm. This policy explains what personal data we collect through fiduciaadamantina.ae (including the Russian-language version at /ru), why we collect it, and the choices you have.
It is written to meet the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). If you are visiting from the EEA or the UK, the same commitments apply under the equivalent GDPR concepts.
What we collect
We only collect personal data you choose to give us, plus standard analytics data:
- Enquiry and lead forms — your name and email, plus any phone, company, role or message you include, together with which form or tool you used.
- Interactive tools (the valuation calculator and readiness scorecards) — the business inputs you enter and the contact details you submit to receive your results.
- Booking — if you book a call, scheduling runs on Calendly, which collects your name, email and the slot you choose under its own privacy policy.
- Attribution — with each form submission we record the page you submitted from, the referring page, and UTM campaign tags, so we know how you found us.
- Analytics — with your consent, cookie-based analytics (Google Tag Manager and Yandex Metrica) collect usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide what you asked for — tool results, downloads, or a booked call.
- To follow up on your enquiry about our services — based on the consent you give when you tick the checkbox on a form.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it — based on your consent to analytics cookies.
- To protect the site (rate limiting, spam filtering) — our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.
Cookies and analytics
Strictly necessary storage: the site uses browser storage for things it needs to function — your cookie choice, form attribution within a visit, and tool inputs so your results survive a page reload. None of this tracks you across other sites.
Analytics cookies load only if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner: Google Tag Manager (which loads our analytics tags) and Yandex Metrica. If you decline, no analytics scripts load at all.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time:
Where your data is stored and who processes it
Your data is handled by a small set of service providers acting on our instructions:
- Notion — our CRM, where form submissions are stored.
- Calendly — call scheduling.
- Hostinger — website hosting.
- Google (Tag Manager / analytics) and Yandex Metrica — analytics, only after you consent.
- Email — submission alerts are delivered to our company mailbox.
Some of these providers process data outside the UAE (for example in the EU or the US). Where that happens, we rely on the providers’ contractual safeguards and transfer only what is needed for the purposes above, consistent with the PDPL’s cross-border transfer rules.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and lead records for as long as we have an active conversation or business relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as legitimate business records require. Ask us to delete your data and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Under the PDPL (and the GDPR, where it applies) you can:
- access your data and get a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate data;
- have your data deleted;
- withdraw consent at any time — including for analytics (see the cookies section above);
- object to or restrict processing;
- receive your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email us at the address below. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can also complain to the UAE Data Office.
Security
All traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Form submissions are processed server-side — credentials for our CRM never reach your browser — and access to lead data is limited to the people who handle enquiries.
Children
The site is aimed at business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged on the site.
