What we do
We look at the whole company from outside: sales, marketing, finance, operations and people. We find where money leaks, set the few metrics that show whether the business is on track, help you choose or replace the people and vendors who are not delivering, and run a weekly rhythm so that what is agreed gets done.
Your team executes; we make sure it happens. We do not become your marketing agency or your accountant.
The first 90 days
At the start we agree two or three named targets and measure against them. For example:
- the hours you spend in day-to-day operations
- receivables days
- the date the month-end close lands
- the on-time rate of one core process
After the first 90 days we work on a monthly cycle.
