Who this is for
You have inquiries and people handling them, but you cannot see the process:
- Website forms, email and WhatsApp leave separate records.
- A manager replied, but the next step is written nowhere.
- Follow-up depends on someone remembering.
- You ask for the pipeline and get three different spreadsheets.
What we do
Map the path of an inquiry. Where it arrives, who takes it, what qualifies it, where it goes next. We agree the stages with your team, not for them.
Set up the working pipeline. Every deal gets an owner, a stage and a dated next step. We start from the CRM you have. If it cannot do the job, you approve the replacement and its cost before anything is set up.
Connect the entry points. Forms and inboxes that can feed the pipeline through standard integrations are connected. The source of each inquiry is kept where it is available.
Make follow-up visible. Reminders for the next step, a weekly list of overdue deals, and a short note to you on which deals are stalling. Your team does the talking.
How it starts
Owner’s review, three working days. Before the first meeting, you send a CRM export or a description of how inquiries move today. You get back one page: where inquiries are lost, what the pipeline should look like, what it takes to set up.
Month one. We set up the pipeline, connect the agreed channels and run one full cycle with your team: a test inquiry from entry to its next step, then live inquiries under our review. Month one is the only commitment.
From month two. The weekly overdue list and the owner’s note continue month by month. You stop when you no longer need it. Pricing on the call.
What it is built on
We run this process in our own companies, including one that handles inbound inquiries from mass search demand in Dubai. On the call we show the pipeline and the weekly overdue list from that company.
Scope
Your team owns the conversations and the records. Messages to customers go out only under rules you approve. Custom integrations and clean-up of historical data are scoped separately. A CRM shows where attention is needed; it does not sell for you.
Before the call
Name your current CRM, if you have one. Walk us through what happens to a typical inquiry. That is enough to start the review.
